[ILUG] Problems with boot floppy

I'm trying to install RH6.1 from the boot floppy (machines cd is not
bootable).  When I get to the Welcome screen and press press enter here
I get all the normal boot messages ending with 

running install...
running /sbin/loader
/tmp/raid0.o: a module name raid0 already exists
exec: No such file or directory
install exited abnormally
sending termination signals...done
sending kill signals...done
unmounting filesystems...
	/mnt/source
	/dev/pts
	/proc
you may safely reboot your system
