I wish you luck - you'll have a hard time finding 5 unemployed Linux
experts, and then you want them to work in Limerick . . that'll require a
hike in the rates :-)

Just FYI esp. in light of your desire to set up a Linux recruitment company
- there's so little REAL difference between the various distributions that
anyone who would deserve the sobriquet "Linux expert" would be just as
expoert in one as the other, given a tiny bit of adjustment.
