hi,

i've recently given a friend a copy of the red-hat linux install cd. (and
the apps cd). i got a copy myself, so i'd no documentation to give with it.
this person is a beginner, no idea of partitions, lilo, linux commands etc.

Lookinng at the redhat site and the help documents on it, i wasn't
impressed. (to much "cludge", no direction)

just had a quick look at the blg on linux.ie and it looks promising (and
even specific to rh !:). However, this newbie person hath no internet
connection(from the chunthry they are;), so ......my query(ies) is(are) :

## Can anyone on the list get me access to a zipped/compressed copy of this
that i can print or put on disk and post or something, is it in PDF
somewhere?

## Anybody got any other good source of ingo, or info even for a complete
and utter newbie.

cheers

...and please reply off the list.

dearg
