I find it terribly amusing that yourself and Colm have both suggested
that I'm being childish while simultaneously arguing that differences
of opinion on mailing lists should not become personal.

I'm presuming that Colm has the strongest sense of what the ILUG list
should be, I'm presuming that sense is predicated on his knowledge of
what the majority of list members want. I've seen more listmaster
intervention on technical discussions of the demerits of Linux than
anything else, such as minor technical questions, general technology
discussion, or business-card-shaped CDs.
