Well I thought from the get-go that it's a poor hoax.
Consider how sharp notes are written in musical manuscripts (scores)
in ascii art c# as written in a score looks like

In other words like the letter C with two large and overlapping plus signs.
So as far as the name of the tripe goes it's a joke on c++ and as far as
the language structure goes it's a joke on java.
A joke too far if you ask me.
