Bear in mind that some of us do indeed work with 'Little Black Boxes' with
varying levels of expertese, and are aware that part of the limitation of said
boxes lies with the wiring that connects them together. Short of bringing
fibre to within, what 300m? of my house and running Cat-5 the rest of the way,
I do not see how they can supply 45Mbits to me, let alone everybody in my
neighbourhood. Remember that ye olde thick coax is only rated for 10Mbits.
