PDC is grand for Win95/Win98. PDC functionality for NT is currently (as
always) in a state of flux. It doesn't work for the stable version. In the
CVS version, Luke Leighton (think that's his name) has been tearing up
chunks of the system and putting them into shared libraries - result, lots
of broken code.
They're (AFAIK) trying to settle down the code atm, but it's quite
definitely not stable - I wouldn't try to use it (not from personal
experience, just from my impressions from the samba mailing list
summaries).
Strangely enough though, I'm using CVS code from last summer for NT PDC
functionality which works okay, though a large number of features are
missing.
So if you wait a few weeks, it may be stable enough to work with - check
out the summaries of the Samba mailing list from the past few months at

It might look like I'm doing nothing, but at the cellular level I'm
really quite busy.
