Thing about Sun's existing 3D cards is, they're not very fast at
texture-mapped stuff, so if your 3D application is Quake, they're
crap. A GeForce, of course, is good at texture-mapped stuff, because
its 3D application is Quake. Allegedly they're better than
similarly-priced SGI kit at the shaded polygon CAD stuff they're
actually used for in real life.
