OK.  I've got 66MB of sources on my local disk.  The project lead
has just created a CVS repository on Sourceforge.  How do I sync
up with this without having to do a full 'cvs checkout' which I
absolutely refuse to do over a 28.8k modem?

All I need is basically the little CVS directories in the tree.
There must be _some_ way of creating these without a full checkout.
