grip is very nice...gtk gui, will interface with nearly any cd ripper or
mp3 encoder. It defaults to cdparanoia (which is builtin), and BladeEnc
(comes seperately)

Just after looking at bladeEnc homepage...no binaries available at the mo
(threats from big companies...boo, hiss), but source is available.
