]If you want to teach management or some such, call it that!!! I just
]feel that if I go to do a course on computers, I don't want extraneous
]bull thrown in with it.... That's all!!!
I think the whole point of teaching those 'nothing-to-do-with-computers'
subjects is because they actually do have some meaning. By teaching you the
basics in Business subjects, it means that you should be able to understand,
at least somewhat, what someone is talking about from a business
perspective. Some understanding is needed in order for you to write the
programs that you would be getting paid to write.
I know this isn't true in all cases, but it certainly is in a lot of cases.
But yeah, it sucks. I can see the point to them being on the courses, but I
don't like it myself.
