that purchasee is made aware of his rights.
i imagine that a copy of the GPL printed on the cd sleeve or at the
front of the book would suffice.
As for the unison thing: how is the box branded? Unison? ie are Unison
just a reseller for netgem, or are they distributing it themselves as
their own product? From the ads it sounds like the latter, so therefore
it would be Unison's responsibility to make sure their customers receive
the rights they are entitled to under the GPL. (and in such a case
netgem are of no concern to the end-user).
