In theory, Red Hat is using wmconfig to dynamically add entries to window
manager menus - and Window Maker is supported. Under Red Hat 5.2, I have the
following line in $HOME/GNUstep/Defaults/WMRootMenu
(Programs, OPEN_MENU, "| wmconfig --output wmaker 2>/dev/null")
That's a dynamic menu. Of course, you can use WPrefs, the GUI config tool to
add this, simply enter the part within the quotes as command.
wmconfig stores its data in /etc/X11/wmconfig, as has been described in
another response.
