Judging from the ipfwadm rule I found for setting up a firewall and the fact
that ReadAudio does indeed work on the box behind said firewall, I'd think
the ports are 554, 7070 and 7071. The rule I'm using is:

    ipfwadm -I -a accept -P tcp  -k -W $EXTERNES_INTERFACE \
            -S $ANYWHERE $UNPRIVPORTS \
            -D $IPADDR 554 7070 7071

and I got it from here:
