[ILUG] [OT?] quake 3 demo install problems

{ I downloaded it and ran it from a terminal in X  (55mb over a 28k modem = 4.3hours)

{ another terminal popped up, said "testing archive integrity...", "the checksum worked out" and "press return to close this console".

{ so I hit return and went searching for a binary to run but I couldn't find one!

{ some pix maps appeared in a folder "some/folder/kde/appfinder" but other than that I couldn't find anything new, no readme (or README or ReadMe) or any help or setup files.

{ I looked at the script (linuxq3ademo-1.11-6.x86.gz.sh is an executable script) but It didn't mean much to me.

{ I went to linux.com/chat, and asked a few people, one said that the setup program should have asked me for an install path (it did when he ran it) but no one had any solutions.

{ I'm running redhat 6.1 with Gnome and X3.3.6, all help appreciated,
