[ILUG] Watching TV over an NT network

Can anyone tell how to go about watching television on NT workstation boxes
on an NT network?
I have a hauppage TV and teletext card in a PIII500 server, running SUSE or
RedHat 6.1 (The server isn't up yet), and i have all i need to get the card
working.
Can anyone suggest what programs to use on the NT side of things? VMware?

Thanks in advance

Joanne Farrell,
