Well, it seems as if switching hub == switch. judging by a quick search
on google.

While searching I happened upon an advert for a 2 port switch. Is it just
me or does that seem like a ridiculous concept? a 2 port hub would
automatically act as a switch (in that it forwards all traffic to the
other port). The only advantage over a hub would be full-duplex operation.
