Yes, I know, okay. It just seems to be a little trivial that's all. So
all that's required is a clause that says that anything said by anyone
other than the PRO or a PRO-appointed representative (and/or possibly
any other member of the committee) should not be taken to be the views
of ILUG as a group. I don't understand this legal business of people
having to be bound, as it were, not to speak on behalf on ILUG - like,
what's going to happen to them if they do?

Hmm, there are probably more pressing issues in the draft to be
discussed ;-)
