[ILUG] ffc hah!, death to .ivt

Damn I'm good, compressed file format is mszip (slaps head, of course
header bytes are mszp, should have guessed that was the name!) and it
is a standardish compression format. Loads of implementations
available, exact code used was that of "dumpcab" stuck together with
ivt specific stuff and ta-da out it popped...

Plain text for AnExample1 was
1 -t /S1.HTM "Editor's Note"
AnExample2 is
1 -id 1 "ActiveX Software Development Kit (SDK) for Internet Explorer
3.02"
2 -t actx0001.htm

.ivt files are an ole2 like bundle of seperate files, the actual help
data is stored compressed in html, don't even have to convert them
into something readable it appears. Cool ! Ok can now convert all .ivt
to html and send Justin back his msdn cd's :-)
