I don't see why you want to turn this into an ethical issue. English, I
strongly feel, is the best language for ILUG to conduct it's business
in. I know quite a bit of German incidently, and I do prefer it to
English, however, there wouldn't be much point in using it here.

And as was mentioned already, is there a need to declare an official
language? It sort of makes a joke of the constitution doesn't it - we
are a technical group after all, not politicians.
