GPG is GnuPG which is an open-source encryption program. AFAIK you can
only get the source of PGP 2.x, whereas their currently at version 6.x. So
it kinda sucks when your trying to look at the code and stuff.
GPG is also compatible with PGP and is even based on RFC2440.
