Yup, but I was getting the problem with a 2.0 kernel. Try upgrading the
kernel, and/or rebuilding it with your own particular set of circumstances.

Windows 200 has changed something small in the RPC call, and it fails on
Solaris 2.5.1
Linux 2.0.*
Obviously 2.2.something

It works okay with
Irix 6.4
Solaris 7

Now, I may be using different version of samba (in fact I know I am),
but when I was using the same version, the same problem occured.

BTW, if you know the share //server/share should work :)
