I haven't done any shared memory stuff in ages, but if I remember
correctly, ipcs will tell you what shared memory segments are already
available. It could be that they're not being freed correctly.
Are you trying to create a new segment or get a handle to an existing one?
Is this another Oracle problem? Oracle uses _lots_ of shared memory
during operation.
