 Cc: the same signed mail to both accounts. In one account, save it into
 a file, gzip it up and mutt -a it back to the other account. Unpack and
 compare. That will tell you exactly what happens, and, possibly, where.

 I've seen sendmail 8.9.x mangling PGP/MIME messages. Don't
 know about fetchmail and qmail, but fetchmail is quite old.
