Gah. The only difference is the phone is sending
GET /index.wml HTTP/1.1"
while everyone else who's checked the page in the past five minutes sent a
GET /index.wml HTTP/1.0"
Everyone (including me) got a 200 code. Darnit... the investigation
continues.
