Let's start one of those really annoying "recommendation threads"...
I currently run Windows 95. Yes, I'm ashamed of myself. However, I will
shortly be moving to RedHat 6.1, and my modem is a *cough* internal 33.6k
USR x2 Winmodem. First of all, is there a Linux driver for it yet, and if
so - where? Or where's the best place to look myself?
I'd prefer to dispose of it humanely and get a 56k though. So - still being
a relative amateur, and not looking forward to the install at all - what's a
good modem I can use for both Windows and Linux, with the least amount of
hassle involved?
Ta,
adam
