I'm running RedHat 6.1 and get the following message:
May 1 17:11:31 orion inetd[410]: auth/tcp: bind: Address already in use
May 1 17:21:31 orion inetd[410]: auth/tcp: bind: Address already in use
May 1 17:31:31 orion inetd[410]: auth/tcp: bind: Address already in use
May 1 17:41:31 orion inetd[410]: auth/tcp: bind: Address already in use
May 1 17:51:31 orion inetd[410]: auth/tcp: bind: Address already in use
any ideas?
I didn't get this message with RedHat 5.x
