I forget who that was, but his theory about paying for code into 
freeprojects based on its quality has just gone into action with 
abisource which is paying a weekly nifty 300 dollars to the owner of the 
best accepted patch during that timeperiod for abiword. The mercenaries 
amongst you can leg it to see whats needed in abi.
