 Better (shameless plug alert):

 buy a virus checker (such as Sophos, McAfee, whatever)
 install postfix
 read http://msgs.securepoint.com/cgi-bin/get/postfix0004/183.html

 (yes, I'd like to see some more widespread testing before we release
  amavis-perl-6 :)
