Esat & Tinet both have mirrors and when you request ftp.ie.kernel.org you
get one or the other. Tinet's mirror of ftp.kernel.org doesn't seem to
have update in a while, so your probably better off going directly to
esat's mirror....
ftp://ftp.esat.net/mirrors/ftp.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/
IIRC Heanet's FTP server used to be listed as ftp.ie.kernel.org as well
and a quick check show's thier mirror is still updating properly (well it
have 2.2.15 anyways)
