If you have a problem with someone owning a domain name, you can make a
complaint to ICANN, and give them a few grand. It's been done before - I
think someone registered elizabethhurley.com and it was a porn site, with
a few piccies of her on it (and some modified ones, cut & paste head
stuff). I think they transferred it to her control. Bertie could have done
the same thing.
