I don't think Company or Consumer law has actually given this much
thought.
You have a right to correspond with A government office in Irish, even
if (as is common) nobody in that office actually speaks irish.
OT aside, in the city of Miami (where the majority speaks spanish) all
government offices are required to work exclusively through english..
