but I would go with Vincent's suggestion if it's a run a couple of
scripts kinda thing.
Note the fill source code is available for teraterm
and there's also an SSH extension and full source again at
http://www.zip.com.au/~roca/ttssh.html
You could also use cygwin the usual unix tools you know and love.
