had this aswell. i think you need to create a symlink from wrapper in
/etc/smrsh. eg:

[root at florence logs]# ls -l /etc/smrsh/
total 0
lrwxrwxrwx    1 root     root           26 Apr 27 19:15 wrapper ->
/home/mailman/mail/wrapper
