Sure is...
Install Samba in the Linux machine (I presume you have already shared the NT
drives).
once samba is there (assuming samba 2.0.6 or 2.0.7), do a
mount -t smbfs -o username="<username>", password="<password>"
//<NT_MACHINE>/<SHARE> /<MOUNT>/<POINT>
If you have an earlier version of samba installed, do a "man smbmount" and
"man smbmnt" for the details. Remember 2 things.
1. smbmnt must be suid to work
2. With earlier versions of smbmount, the kernel cannot unmount these
drives at shutdown and will hang. You need to unmount any smbmounted shares
manually first or srite a little proggie to read /etc/mtab for "smbfs" and
do the unmount and put that into the appropriate /etc/rc/rc.N scripts
