Try bunging one in a microwave sometime - I recommend any silver/blue ones 
you've turned into coasters or any old MSN/AOL/COMPUSERVE CD you happen to 
have hanging around.  Set it on low for about a minute or two, but keep 
your hand poised above the emergency stop button just in case.
