50% free on both == 100% used out of a total of 200%
ie the equivalent of just one processor...
what's happening is that setiathome sometimes runs on CPU#x, sometimes
on CPU#y - the scheduler bumps it from one CPU to the other sometimes
cause there are more important processes. (which will hurt setiathome
performance - though the scheduler tries it's best to schedule a
process on the same cpu that it ran on before).
run 2 seperate setiathomes and you'll use both processors.
