does it work when you supply the parameter mem=127 to LILO at boot
time ??? If not then is your memory compatable ?? Is it picked up correctly
by the system BIOS ??

Subject: [ILUG] Help!

Hi! Folks,

I try to correct the memory recognition problem by append statment in the
lilo.conf file.
But it has not made any difference to the performance. and mem still
shows up as being 64M

I have 128M and mandrake 7.1 has fail to recongise it! Even after
explicitly stating the correct mem during installation.

 Any ideas?

 Satbinder Singh.
