I tried to do the same on a Linux box on Saturday. Got it to compile
build and install no problem. 

However would not start the httpsd service due to cacheserverport error.

Did not investigate it any further, but will be doing so soon.

However I think that Apache on a linux box is going to be more secure
and manageable then IIS on NT in the long run. 

I have IIS on NT not running SSL and I have to reboot NT Server every 2
to 3 days.
