[ILUG] compressed HTML...

 Just going through the Cisco documentation CD with mozilla. It seems most
of the HTML files are bzip compressed. Yet the files still have a .htm
extension. What kind genetic defective came up with that ? And can you get
a client to notice this & decompress them ?
