Thanks Dave, and everyone else who sent their ideas. Blackbox won out,
with a very nice Web interface to their catalogue. They had precisely
the cabling I needed, and (ordering over the phone) will be able to get
it to me tomorrow. Prices weren't low (£41 sterling + a £15 shipping
fee) but they were a better choice than not having one at all!
