...there's a reason for this, and for the life of me I can't find it again (I
think the page may have changed since I last looked). The short version is
that, yes, they are going to include it as standard, and they're working on
it.
I think the separation may be a pre-new-regulations and pre-RSA-release
artefact; for a while ISTR we could only get binary versions of the PSM. It
won't last forever.
