[ILUG] fun at LinuxWorld

hi all,

im just gonna thank the people that organised
LinuxWorld. niceone for the RedHat 6.2 box set
aswell.

funny things i saw there were:

- a guy wearin a 'got root?' t-shirt (what was it,
DEFCON Ireland or something??)

- multiple people failing to pull open the door when
pushing it wouldnt work. people actually used the
other door!!

- people filling in the registration forms with fake
e-mail addy's (they cant really expect us to believe
that many people work for Sun Microsystems, also the
pause for thought and smug grin while they filled out
the form gave it away a small bit)

- the IBM tux dollies (i managed to 'yoink' one
myself)

well thats my 2cents. all in all it was enjoyable,
but
i reckon i wont volunteer to work there next time.
(i missed all the talks etc.)

hope ye enjoyed it as much as i did,
shane
