[ILUG] Kernel not compiling

[ILUG] Kernel not compiling

Yep, its the ol kgcc buzz, but be careful to change ALL references to gcc to
kcc, there are usually two to change else you'll be back with failing
kernels...

I was just about to kill my machine - windows style - until I figured it
out..

Read .../linux/Documenentation/Changes and make sure you have a
version of binutils that meets the minimum requirements, as well as
the other software listed.

Also, install kgcc from the RH7 cd and in linux/Makefile change

CC=gcc
to
CC=kgcc
