[ILUG] same PCI cards problem

Hello !

I've got an urgent problem. I've got two PCI NICs in the same machine and
they didn't want to work. They're Genius PCI cards and work with the
rtl8139 driver. They got the IRQs and free interrupts but ifconfig only
sees the lo interface. The modules.conf has the lines alias eth0 rtl8139
and alias eth1 rtl8139 but it doesn't work. Some times ago I had the same
problem but then I could get another type of card but know this is not an
option. Has anyone managed to get the same kind of cards working ?
