There is a good introductory course given by a company in Dublin, called
Beckinridge (Not specifically RH).
http://www.beckinridge.com/Courses/PC-101.htm.
It is really an overview type course rather than specifics. This course
is up and running and open to the public. However, if you want a
specific topic covered they will do a syllabus for you. This is provided
that you can get six or more people to go on the course. The guy they
have giving the course is an English guy specialising in Linux
consultancy. (Is very good too).
