[ILUG] Mutt questions...

[ILUG] Mutt questions...

Philip Reynolds phil at redbrick.dcu.ie
Wed Nov 29 19:17:42 GMT 2000

Peter Aherne's [ahernep at piercom.ie] 14 lines of wisdom included:
:>Two quick questions. I remember back a while someone asking
:>about something to stop him from sending mails and forgetting
:>the attachment or something like that. Di you (whoever you are)
:>come to a solution for that. Second, is it possible to specify
:>where mutt saves it's attachments, I could not find anything in the .muttrc.

When pressing 's', you're prompted for "Save to file:" .. just specify the
path there! There's nothing overly complicated about that.
What you're talking about AFAIK was discussed on the Mutt mailing list and has
been added to the Wishlist. In next versions of mutt, there should be a
dir_save_attach option.
Phil.
