I'm using the 525VA version of the Belkin Regulator Pro at home but have
yet to finish the full configuration. However it is being monitored
nicely using the "Network UPS Tools", nut(-0.44.1) and it's just a matter
of spending a few quiet moments to automate the powerdown on power
outage.
Theres also a rather nice graphical monitoring tool called 'gupsc' thats
handy if your curious about the state of your utility provision.
Both of these tools can be found at http://www.exploits.org/nut/
Forgot to mention that the server is an x86 running RH6.2.

Regards,

Ciaran.
