That's the crux of the matter. You can't book accommodation without
having definite details of when the accommodation is going to be needed.
This is akin to walking in to the travel agents and saying you want to
book a flight to Brussels for possibly sometime in November - you'll just
get laughed out of it and taken to be some kind of idiot.
#Galway is somewhat less booked out than Dublin I'd imagine.

Where they can get videos of the talks, seeing as they will most likely
miss out on them due to not knowing when they were scheduled for.
Seriously though, I really doubt many people outside of Galway will
show up for WILD. (Though it would be nice to be proved wrong).
