Hi all,
I just installed RH6.2 on a friend's PC. While the install went
smoothly and gfx hardware was detected properly, we cannot at all
get the modem to work. It's a Conextant HCF V90 56k Speakerphone
PCI modem, and my suspicions about it being one of these dreaded
winmodems was just confirmed ...
Is there any chance we can get it to work, or will he have to
get another modem? I couldn't much much useful stuff at
http://www.linmodems.org/.
